Your Journey at HackerOne:

  • Evolve the rhythm of business governance, ensuring effective balance and cadence of strategic and operational reviews, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning.

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the QBR process by collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing content preparation, execution, and follow-up.

  • Support the CEO in managing executive meeting agendas, preparing materials, attending meetings to capture outcomes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed and tracked effectively.

  • Develop high-impact communications and presentations for internal and external audiences, including the Board of Directors and customers, in partnership with Marketing / Corporate Communications.

  • Lead strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO and executive team, including cross-functional leadership on critical projects.

  • Serve as a key partner in developing, communicating, and executing strategic priorities; collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to align accountabilities and streamline processes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and ELT, providing tactical and strategic support while ensuring the CEO’s schedule and meetings align with top business priorities.

  • Act as a proxy for the CEO in meetings, bridging connections between departments and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

  • Conduct market research, external benchmarking, and trend analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive business decisions and optimize operational effectiveness.

  • Lead ad hoc projects, often confidential and time-sensitive, with a focus on transformation and measurable results, by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Establish and lead a community of practice among business operations and business managers across HackerOne to drive consistency and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare the CEO for customer meetings and attend as appropriate, strengthening customer relationships and aligning sales efforts with strategic goals.
