We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Executive Producer, Program & Talent to join our team. This role will be responsible for bringing the content strategy of the Leadership Institute to life, from content design to securing top talent for all programs (live and virtual) for unique experiences.
This position will partner heavily with our Events team, ensuring that the priorities of the Leadership Institute are represented while delivering top talent and opportunities that set Leadership Institute programs apart in the market. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and nurture relationships with top-tier talent across multiple sectors and experience in producing a variety of content across live and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Design:
Serve as producer across all content programs in Leadership Institute, ensuring the agenda and speakers are optimized for the Leadership Institute audience while delivering against events KPIs
Partnering with the Head of Content, create the strategy for how to bring a variety of topics and types of convenings to life through engaging programs
Match talent and speaker opportunities with content themes, ensuring that each topic is best represented by the leaders in the market
Design engaging, diverse, and thought-provoking sessions that promote knowledge-sharing and innovation.
Regularly assess program feedback to ensure the Institute is continually evolving to meet audience expectations.
Events Partnership:
Serve as the main POC between the Leadership Institute and the Events team in building out and executing the content across all events and programs
Ensure that the events team has all information around program goals, talent bookings and content strategy for each event
Participate in Events meetings, providing strategic insights and addressing logistical questions as required
Strategic Planning & Growth:
Develop how new programs, offerings and experiences are rolled out to members, including identifying value proposition, audience fit and timeline to execution
Benchmark offerings against competitors in partnership with Head of Content
Collaborate closely with the content & events team to ensure seamless integration of content and logistics for each event.
Develop and implement long-term strategies for expanding the talent roster and increasing the quality of speakers at our events.
Monitor industry trends and emerging talent to stay ahead of the curve and offer fresh, innovative speakers to our members
Partner with the business to understand the commercial goals of the events and program, and how commercial partners are integrated within the program and experience
Talent Engagement & Management:
Engage, recruit and manage top-tier speakers, panelists, and talent for live and virtual events.
Partner with the events team across all aspects of speaker booking, from initial outreach and negotiations to securing participation and coordinating event logistics.
Ensure talent participation aligns with event timelines, deliverables, and branding.
Track speaker performance and feedback to refine future engagement strategies.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent engagement, speaker booking, or program management, preferably within the broadcast industry
Strong network of contacts within the speaking, entertainment, and business industries.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the talent space.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
