Compensation for this role is 65000 PLN - 70000 PLN

 

 

How You’ll have an Impact: 

Operations Coordinators are responsible for managing the day to day operations for our customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities to increase volume and gross margin. Reps must possess a deep understanding of the customer’s commitments, contractual agreements, and expectations and adhere to them to successfully grow the account(s).  Operations Coordinators are tasked with building loads in Freight Optimizer - RXO Software, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their loads are serviced properly. It is the responsibility of Operations Coordinators to maximize profitability while also maintaining the level of service guaranteed to the customer. They are responsible for identifying problems and providing a resolution that is satisfactory to the customer and RXO.  All Operations Coordinators must understand the value and importance of delivering high quality service both internally with other teams, and externally with our customers. Operations Coordinators have basic market and pricing knowledge and are responsible for quoting loads and lanes while negotiating with our customers. An Operations Coordinator should be organized, efficient and a team-player.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and manage daily operations based on customer need.
  • Understand commitments, policies, contracted rates, accessorial schedules, fuel schedules, vendor agreements, KPI’s and challenges for each account.
  • Comprehend and execute growth strategy and actively work to reach goals for each account.
  • Accept/reject, activate, build, schedule, create/update/resolve incidents, quote, and cancel when necessary, all customer shipments, including adding all pertinent information and documentation.
  • Prioritize and communicate internally and externally in an effective and professional manner using the appropriate method of communication.
  • Manage daily load board and take responsibility for ensuring that loads are serviced properly through tracking, Offer Manager negotiation and working with shippers to make creative carrier options work.
  • Build and maintain respectful relationships with shippers and carrier department.
  • Ensure loads are tracked and updated in timely manner
  • Escalate to leadership/team members when unable to effectively get to workload.
  • Identify and communicate (potential) problems to the appropriate parties and provide solutions.
  • Possess understanding of the market and provide or facilitate pricing.
  • Prioritize and respond to both internal and external requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Update and resolve incidents regularly; manage accessorials objectively while maximizing profit.
  • Organize and analyze data to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
