About the Role

Policy Owner Servicing Manager is a key member who playing an indispensable role. You'll have a chance to create a positive, balanced impact all channels by encouraging significant collaboration with customers, partner, and other individuals involved. Your involvement will directly aid our mission of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

  • Ensure risk and compliance align business procedures.
  • Manager the headcounts and provide ongoing mentor.
  • Conduct performance management, efficient and prompt deliver positive impactful evaluations to encourage and improve team member.
  • Improve team capability and develop more champion.
  • Ensure the training and accreditation are conducted with outstanding quality.
  • Conduct resource planning efficiently based on the volume of workload.
  • Timely manage BAU activities of IL and GL sectors.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA validation and Breach critical issue) to the whole service touch point.
  • Ensure system and process improvement through UR development to support for future Client need or request.
  • Improve payment experience through working with cross function and various business partner.
  • Projects delivery with other cross functions to provide the better process and outstanding service experience to both internal and external Client.
  • Timely support and develop the implementation of business projects.
  • Policy administrative to dedicated support policy conservation program and other potential program require by the business.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functions to assure tasks done within SLAs.
