Team Description

The Finance team is looking for a detailed oriented, results driven Supervisor Accounts Payable to join the team. This position reports to the Finance leader and work closely with the Finance team. The role will require the ability to quickly digest and manipulate large data sets to confidently explain complex concepts.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets and balance sheets
  • Analyze financial trends
  • Maintain financial records
  • Conduct financial analysis
  • Complete financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and forecast
  • Investigate financial discrepancies
  • Develop financial models
  • Perform financial audits
  • Use and maintain accounting system
  • Review and implement financial policies


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field of study; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with globally diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase, and/or other Business Intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication/data visualization skills with the ability to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues.
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Passion for improving the business while leading, developing and working in teams.
  • Knowledge of travel industry and understanding of distribution business models is preferred
