Position Summary:
Search is seeking an experienced People & Culture Officer for our country office in Abuja. The People and Culture (Human Resources) team is responsible for the implementation of Human Resource strategies and policies, effective HR management, staff performance management, and facilitation of knowledge building and sharing. The P & C team collaborates with other departments, including Programs, Finance, Procurement, Admin & Logistics, Program Development, Safety & Security and Information Technology.

The People & Culture Coordinator will report to the Country People & Culture Manager
