This position is a full-time role working closely with technical leadership, learners and line leaders to develop effective and engaging adult learning opportunities for employees in our Cyber Upskilling Program. The Senior Learning & Development Consultant leads the implementation and operation of the Cyber Upskilling Program for the Enterprise to include:
- Evaluate and measure learner progress and skill gain in specialized cyber areas using a learning pathway
- Consultant on the definition of the current and future needs of the Cyber Upskilling program
- Conduct a learning needs analysis and create learning objectives
- Manage the learning content vendor relationships including reporting and ensure utilization of the program content
- Lead the refresh or design of new learning paths working with Subject Matter Experts as needed in addition to project management of the schedule and project plan
- Evaluate new learning vendor partners as needed to support the needs of the upskilling program
- Consult on the review of vendor content options in alignment with the learning objectives, determine gaps and propose the best solutions given budget and other constraints
- Maintain knowledge of and relationships with outside organizations that provide certification/training that benefit our workforce such as CompTIA, SANs etc.
- Identify and engage with learners across the enterprise
- Develop and implement a Cyber Upskilling Program learner engagement strategy and strategy to action to ensure learner utilization and engagement in the program
- Develop communication and write communication to learners
- Present information on the Cyber Upskilling Program to employees at multiple levels in the enterprise
- Manage the internal intranet resources for the Cyber Upskilling program
- Collaborate with members of the learning administration team supporting the Cyber Upskilling program
- Manage the Subject Matter Expert budget for the upskilling program
- Metrics reporting to demonstrate return on investment, utilization and overall health of the program in alignment with the program goals
Basic Qualifications:
- BA degree and 8+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in a Cyber training position
- Strong evaluation skills to assess training effectiveness
- Ability to thrive working in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated consulting skills partnering with Technical Subject Matter Experts and all levels of Leadership
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration skills
- Communication skills in visual, oral, and written forms and the ability to clearly explain instructional options, recommendations, and the design rationale to decision-makers and subject matter experts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, peers, and management
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, quickly evolving environments and independently prioritize multiple tasks on deadlines
- Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and learning and content management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Course design for online and blended-learning environments, incorporating technologies into the design and delivery of the courses
- Able to facilitate training, virtual and in-person.
- Experience with Workday Learning is a plus.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
