The Role 
VEIR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all aspects of talent acquisition and play a key role in building an exceptional team at VEIR, while also developing the processes and systems to drive effective and inclusive hiring practices. The ideal candidate for this role is a driven, self-motivated, relationship-focused builder who can execute against recruiting goals while also designing and improving the systems that support hiring and onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make the shift from a purely recruiting role into a talent acquisition leadership role, or for someone looking to expand their People & Culture experience beyond recruiting.

This role will report to the Head of People & Culture and will be based at VEIR’s headquarters in Woburn, MA.
