ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The US Comirnaty Adult External Engagement Lead will operate in an exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic environment leading all US Adult Comirnaty peer to peer marketing initiatives which remain imperative to deliver key information and education to HCPs.  This individual should have experience in creating tailored ways of engaging with external stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the marketplace.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Adult Comirnaty peer to peer commercial planning and strategy
  • Development of end-to-end congress, webinars, social/digital engagements, often in collaboration with Vx portfolio
  • Develop strategic P2P presence and engagement based on metric/analytics evaluation and customer and channel insights
  • Lead competitive strategy for COMIRNATY including insight sharing, and collaborating with global CI colleagues and colleagues across the COMIRNATY Adult team for insights 
  • Collaborate with Brand Strategy HCP lead and Omnichannel team to iterate on burden of disease and clinical messaging
  • Lead commercial KOL engagements such as ad boards and speaker panels  
  • Evolve US Comirnaty speaker bureau and serve as point for speaker training and programs
  • Coach brand manager who supports external engagement execution, including congresses and speaker decks
  • Work seamlessly across cross functional team members including (but not limited to) HCP omnichannel team, Vx portfolio, global, medical, legal, and HEOR
  • Support annual operating and tactical plan development process, focused on HCP strategy and activation
  • Manage P2P agency and be responsible for all strategy, tactical planning, and budget oversight
  • Collaborate with Operations Director to manage overall HCP brand strategy budget

QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • BA or BS required 
  • 10+ years of commercial experience  
  • Strong familiarity with US healthcare landscape including HCP's, medical groups/integrated delivery networks, payers, and consumers 
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including agile way of working, solution oriented, the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and create business impact 
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills 
  • Innovative thinker who is excited by “pioneering” initiatives that may not have precedent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to engage and influence team members, even without direct reporting relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Advanced degree  
  • Prior Vaccines experience
  • Prior congress planning experience
  • Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate and enhance plans 
  • Agile mindset; Track record of pushing boundaries and not accepting status quo

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
