Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Responsibilities typically include implementing Policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less). Problems faced are difficult to complex. Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Recognizes and recommends operational improvements. Responsible for the day-to-day application of policies and procedures. May monitor the performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards. Oversees operations and personnel within the customer service function or contact center.

The pay range for this position is $ 115,000.00 to $ 125,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
