Job Description: ITSM Reporting Excel and Power BI Developer and SQL - DQL

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel and Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing advanced Excel function and features to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently. Additionally, the candidate should be possess expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: -
1) Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and features to analyze, manipulate, and visualize data.
2) Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights into key business metrics and trends.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data analysis needs.
4) Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5) Implement data modeling techniques in Power BI to create relationships between different data sources.
6) Optimize data models and queries to enhance report performance and usability.
7) Create and maintain documentation for Excel and Power BI solutions, including data dictionaries, process flows, and user guides.
8) Provide training and support to end-users on Excel and Power BI functionalities.
9) Stay updated on the latest Excel and Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
10) Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline data analysis workflows.

Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and array formulas.
Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and report/dashboard development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
Experience in SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
Certifications in Excel and Power BI are desirable but not required.
