Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:

Payment Operations and Bank Systems Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Perform financial operations in multiple banking platforms, urgent payments and necessary controls on incoming and outgoing payments
• Cooperate with Country Controllers in all daily inquiries
• Analyze and resolve payment issues
• Review, approve and prepare requests for ad hoc analysis of various types of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics as appropriate for the situation
• Assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing
• Contact with bank to clarify payment / admin queries
• Monitor daily cash positioning
• Support Team Leader to ensure that all month-end tasks deliverables are met
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams in order to assure adherence of all day-to-day accounting processes to audit and control policies

• Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business, investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner
• Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals
• Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
• Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes
• Analytical thinking- ability to systematically break down complex problems, assess data, recognize relationships, and solve problems effectively
