What You Will Do:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the growth and development of our Nu-Form Fire division. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll prioritize customer experience, exhibit strong leadership, and demonstrate excellent commercial acumen. Based in our Bury office, you'll lead design, estimation, and project management on a diverse range of sites and projects.

How You Will Do It:

  • Technical Expertise: Design and hydraulically calculate water-based fire suppression systems, including Sprinklers, deluge systems, and Hydrants.

  • Collaboration: Manage day-to-day design issues with various stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, M&E design teams, Fire Consultants, Installers, Fabricators, Local Fire and Water authorities, and Fire Insurers.

  • On-Site Engagement: Occasionally work on-site with client design teams.

  • Project Oversight: Take responsibility for all aspects of projects, including labour management, procurement, site inspections, client and consultant liaison, health and safety, and all other project-related matters post-sale to completion and handover.

What We Look For:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Fully conversant with LPC Rules, incorporating BS EN 12845, NFPA, and FM Global standards.

  • Experience: Bring a wealth of experience in a similar role encompassing designing, estimation or project management.

  • Qualifications: Possess LPCB Basic qualification and/or FHC Qualification. Fully conversant with FHC software.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, general IT skills, and AutoCAD for producing 2D layouts.

  • Hydraulic Expertise: Capable of producing computerized hydraulic calculations and associated layout drawings.

  • Mobility: Must hold a full UK driving license.
