What you'll do

As a Supply Chain Process Manager, you’ll be developing and implementing robust processes to suit and align sourcing programmes, ensuring accurate data and analytics that incorporate the full contract life cycle across multiple spend categories, geographies, and business areas.

You’ll also be:

• Supporting the sourcing teams on sourcing processes such as e-auctions, data review and analytics, contracts database review and more
• Developing and building a deep understanding of the franchises, functions and business areas relevant to the successful supply chain processes and controls, designing and delivering solutions that meet and challenge their requirements
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of supply chain risk and controls

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll have knowledge of supply chain risks and controls in a regulated environment. You’ll also have experience of applying supply chain process skills and techniques to positively contribute to processes, controls and management information through data and analytics.

In addition, you’ll have:

• A proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues within a supply chain services environment
• Experience of implementing a variety of supply chain models, such as offshore, outsourcing, utility and make versus buy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
