As a junior Azure Data Engineer at Accenture, you will have an opportunity to learn and execute modern approaches to building, deploying, and supporting data cloud services within the Azure environment. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases in Azure environment
• Data ingestion, transformation and modeling for enterprise grade data platforms
• Perform data migration processes to or from Azure environment
• Data modeling for reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Foundation level of SQL knowledge
• Professional prior work experience with Azure platform
• Foundational understanding of data quality principles

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
• Practical experience with Python, Pyspark or C#
• Understanding of modern data architecture principles (e.g. delta lake, data mesh)
• Experience in development or administration of ETL processes in Azure cloud environment
• Foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure operating principles
