For our Business Unit High Voltage Products in Sweden, we are looking for an R&D Technical Project Manager to strengthen our R&D Team for Live Tank High Voltage Circuit Breakers development.
In this role, you will be leading design and product development projects from concept to series implementation. Within this setting you will need to coordinate the work of engineers and internal stakeholders across the global organization to find innovative solutions that satisfy a complex combination of diverse requirements, originating from technology, marketing and production. You will oversee financial reporting of the projects and maintain strong lines of communication at all levels in the organization.

Plan and coordinate project tasks.
Form and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve goals.

Forecast and coordinate project resources and costs efficiently.
Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery and foster continuous improvement.
Your background
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
A couple of years of experience in leadership or project management.
Enjoys teamwork, is self-motivated, dedicated, and eager to learn.
Previous R&D experience is beneficial.
High standards for quality and a structured way of working.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
