About the Team 

The Strategy & Support (Store Fulfillment) team is responsible for supporting our stores and customers and the digital fulfillment experience through accuracy in reporting and providing insights to leadership of both the customer and Associate experience.

This position is a part of the Operations team and in this role, you will report to the Director, Operations. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. No remote candidates being considered now. 

What you will do…

  • Direct the execution of projects, work streams, and programs
  • Provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information; providing influence and insight on current and future business trends; conducting analyses of initiatives; translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives; and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Manage the implementation of business processes
  • Drive activities and projects that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss, and allocate or influence budget spending
  • Manage the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
