Position Overview
We are looking for an Advisor to join our Americas HRAnswers team as we continue to expand and grow our customer support teams globally! The HRAnswers Advisor acts as the first point of contact for internal and external clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who can apply their skills to constantly improve our processes and systems. Optimizing the delivery of our services is key to delighting our customer base and partners! Our Advisors serve as a liaison, connecting with COEs, managers and employees to resolve requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide human resources guidance, information, and education to employees (customers) at all levels while focusing on exceptional customer service.
Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets daily in a fast paced, agile environment while effectively tracking, documenting and reporting progress on HR requests.
Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnerships through multiple modes of communication including chat/phone/casework
Utilize a verify-and-research approach to provide quick and accurate information related to company policies, programs, systems and services.
Guide and coach customers on how to navigate internal tools, systems and resources to promote self-service.
Support customers on implementation and execution of core HR programs while supporting the needs of the business.
Partner with other COEs and collaborate cross-functionally while handling complex situations to make recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
Take on 1-2 point of contact (POC) roles to support HR projects, programs or initiatives and represent HRAnswers either regionally or globally.
Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update HR systems.
Ensure that all transactions are accurate and compliant with current SOX and internal control guidelines.
Document and map new and current processes, as well as review them on a regular basis and make improvements.
Monitor and actively contribute to personal Service Level Agreements for responsiveness, turnaround time, and employee experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $50,250.00 - $105,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
