Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Consultant UI/UX Designer for a contractual role. The primary focus of this position is to redesign existing Power BI dashboards to enhance user experience and visual appeal. The consultant will create design prototypes using Figma, which will serve as a reference for our internal team to implement in Power BI. This role does not require building dashboards in Power BI but demands familiarity with its capabilities to ensure feasible designs.

Your role

• Analyse existing Power BI dashboards and identify areas for UI/UX improvement.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboard designs using Figma.
• Ensure designs align with Power BI capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to hand over design specifications for implementation.
• Maintain consistency with AtkinsRéalis branding and design standards.

About you

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for data visualization and dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for creating design prototypes.
• Basic understanding of Power BI functionalities and limitations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with enterprise-level dashboard projects.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with other BI tools and design systems.

Tools Knowledge:

• Figma (mandatory)
• Power BI (Intermediate level)
