Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we help people be their best in the moments that matter. We are redesigning the way our customers interact with our company. From creative marketing pages, eCommerce websites, order management to support services, we are building the most meaningful digital products for our customers. The DT UX/UI team is part of a broader Customer Experience initiative including Business Analysts, Strategists and CX leads.

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be collaborating with product managers, developers, data scientists, and other members of the Digital Transformation UX/UI team to design the next generation of customer-facing self-service Finance digital products. As part of the Digital Transformation Team, You will be leveraging the power of design to inspire change and execute the vision. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers and development leads to define strategy and requirements for designed features, taking into consideration platform characteristics

• Collaborate with digital transformation UX/UI team to review concepts, evolve design processes and ensure consistency across all digital products

• Design and evaluate user experiences based on quantitative data and UX/UI best practices 

• Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, high fidelity designs, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders
