Program Eligibility: 

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
  • Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028 
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations) 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.) 
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Famehouse - Audience Development (Onsite: CA & NY): You’ll CREATE: 

Audience Development is UMG’s CRM and lifecycle marketing team, partnering with labels (like Interscope Records) to connect fans and artists through timely, relevant email and SMS campaigns. We use data to guide segmentation and journeys, with personalization that reflects audience preferences. Our work drives engagement, retention, and lifetime value while supporting artist and label objectives. 

 

  • Support the build, testing, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns 

  • Assist with audience segmentation + journey setup, produce briefs, timelines, and post-send recaps aligned with artist and label goals 

  • Prepare assets and copy (including basic Photoshop edits), propose tests, maintain documents and trackers, take meeting notes, and compile performance snapshots 

  • Projects include administrative tasks & audits, contributing to Interscope Audience Development campaigns tied to releases, tours, and tentpole marketing moments, and delivering a summer capstone project 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Marketing copywriting for campaigns 

Test-and-learn mindset 

  • Basic Photoshop skills (resizing, cropping, text updates, and color adjustments) 

  • Genuine interest in music and fan communities 

Famehouse - Digital Creative (Onsite: Philadelphia): 

How You’ll CREATE: 

FH Digital Creative drives e-commerce experience across the UMG roster, focusing on creative strategy, site and store design, video and motion graphics, as well as content creation.  

  • Digital asset creation 

  • Assisting with photo and video shoot preparation  

  • Assisting Creative Strategy with research and briefing 

  • Sample management  

  • Talent scouting and trend research  

  • Ad hoc creative administrative tasks 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and / or PowerPoint  

  • Collaborative & curious spirit 

Bravado: Finance (Onsite: NY): 

How You’ll CREATE: 

Billing: responsible for all invoices and credit memos. We also assist the credit department with all paperwork needed for collection of past due invoices or charge back from invoices.  

Accounts Payable: responsible for onboarding vendors and coding invoices.  

General Accounting/Finance: assist in supporting team month end close 

Looking for candidates to assist with

  • Sales invoicing 

  • Accounts payable 

  • Provide support to the finance/accounting team as needed 

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Motivated to meet deadlines 

Bravado - Licensing (Onsite: CA): 

How You’ll CREATE: 

  • Drafting deal write-up summaries and chasing deal approvals via email  

  • Updating and monitoring deal tracking logs on Monday.com  

  • Developing presentation decks, one sheets, and other sales tools  

  • Implementing new systems & guidelines for creative/product development  

  • Assisting in miscellaneous office projects, i.e. merch giveaways, shipping samples, organizing storage closets, etc. 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Background in a client-facing role or working with external partners  

  • Quickly learn new software systems & provide guidance to other team members how to use those platforms 

  • Familiarity reading through contract agreements and legal documents  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva 

Famehouse - Operations (Supply Chain Management) (Onsite: NY): 

How You’ll CREATE: 

This internship will receive detailed insight into the end-to-end product life cycle. Interns will assist in various projects focusing on improvement of order planning, execution and will collaborate with multiple departments daily. This role will be highly adaptable, with various areas of focus within the Operations department

  • Input and maintain inventory data and analysis 

  • Assist Logistics team and track delivery statuses for inbound and outbound product 

  • Support Production Operations team with billing and goods receipt verification 

  • Contribute to process optimization in various projects 

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Development and Brand Management departments 

  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams 

  • Ad-hoc Operations projects as-needed. 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Excel proficiency  

  • Data analysis 

  • Adobe Creative Suite general knowledge 

Fame House - Product Development/Production (Onsite: NY): 

How You’ll CREATE: 

The product development department is responsible for bringing product concepts to life from initial ideas through production readiness The team partners closely with design, brand management, production, planning and vendors to ensure each style meets the quality standard, costing targets and delivery timelines. 

 

Key responsibilities include vendor allocation, managing samples and fit approvals, sourcing materials, tracking development calendars and ensuring all details are finalized before hand-off to production The department acts as a central coordinator through the development cycle, translating creative direction into accurate, manufacturable products that can be delivered on time and within budget. 

  • Help manage incoming and outgoing samples 

  • Create and maintain data in sample trackers, buy sheets and various development tools 

  • Organize and maintain sample closet 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • General interest in product development of apparel and apparel related products  

  • Adaptable-someone who is able to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude 

Famehouse - Production/Product Development (Onsite: NY) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

Production/product development is responsible for all of the sourcing and development of all merchandise, ranging from apparel to accessories to home decor. We communicate direct with vendors and factories, both domestic and overseas, to ideate/develop/source all items, as well as review fabric swatches and final product for quality and fit confirmation. We also negotiate costs and P&L along with finance for both e-comm and tour.  

  • Organize and maintain sample drawers and collections in office  

  • Issue sample POs and production POs to vendors with accurate costs, descriptions, SKUs, and units 

  • Create SKUs, UPCs, item cards, and generate POs directly in Navision Citrix 

  • Work regularly in Monday.com, updating boards with relevant production information for e-comm launches, INTL production orders, and overall product development tracking 

  • Handle sample shipments and other shipment requests from management 

  • Submit comp requests directly with the warehouse and manage progress 

  • Create buy sheets using existing templates and update product information, costing, PO details, etc. in real time as information is received 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Experience in Monday.com  

  • Experience in product development or merchandising is a plus  

  • Able to naturally take initiative and be adaptable to changing priorities on a daily basis.
