Job Description

The Social Media Intern will support Ensora’s Corporate Marketing team in scaling the company’s social media presence and brand awareness across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and additional channels. This 10‑week, full‑time summer internship provides hands‑on experience supporting social media growth initiatives, content development, and campaign coordination within a fast‑paced healthcare technology environment. Working closely with Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation partners, the intern will contribute to content creation, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking while learning how corporate social media strategies are built and measured.

Must be a current college student in undergrad (junior or senior) or grad school.

What You’ll Do

  • Support efforts to grow social media followers and engagement across priority platforms.
  • Help create and publish high‑value content aligned to Ensora’s brand voice, platform best practices, and quarterly growth goals.
  • Maintain social media calendars and organize content across platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to support new themes, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and demand generation partners to support content from ideation through approval and publication.
  • Assist Demand Generation Managers with social components of broader campaigns, including webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Track basic social performance metrics such as follower growth and engagement and support reporting summaries.
  • Stay informed on platform trends, emerging formats, and algorithm changes—and share insights with the team.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Juniors and Seniors preferred.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, brand‑building, and creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • No prior corporate marketing or social media experience required.

Additional Information

Studies have consistently highlighted the significance of this principle, particularly for individuals from disenfranchised backgrounds, including women and other marginalized groups. These individuals often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement, unlike their male counterparts who are more inclined to apply when they meet around 60% of the criteria.

The message we want to convey is that taking a leap of faith and applying can be incredibly rewarding. Your distinct abilities and perspectives could be exactly what we need to create a more diverse and inclusive team. So, don't hesitate—apply today and let's explore the exciting possibilities together!

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
