Overview

We are looking for an Organisation & Methods talent with a passion for digital transformation. This role oversees the administration of the Bank's knowledge portal, serving as the business lead for the knowledge portal system enhancements and digital solutions. The successful candidate will blend strategic vision with tactical execution, working cross-functionally to improve department processes and drive digital solutions.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of O&M.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Overall maintenance of the bank's Knowledge Portal to ensure hosted documentation serves as an accurate and efficient resource.
  • Establish page layout specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements.

  • Manage content and taxonomy to optimize information retrieval and enable the implementation of digital solutions.

  • Develop and maintain digital, AI, and automation solutions in collaboration with IT teams and business users.

  • Update and develop department dashboards to track key metrics and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback.

  • Evaluate existing policies and SOPs, recommending changes for improvement and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders and team members.

  • Assist in preparing user requirements and conducting user testing for knowledge portal systems and automation/AI solutions.

  • Act as the custodian of the portal web content.

Jobholder Requirements

Education/Qualification

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, IT, or Engineering.

Experience/Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in knowledge management systems or management information systems (MIS). 

  • Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or project management is considered a plus.

  • Well-versed in MS Office suite and Google Workspace (Google Sites, Docs, Sheets).

  • Google Apps Script experience is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
