The Opportunities:

Join us at AIA to bring passion and relentless drive to optimising member enrolment, activation and engagement, while improving health outcomes through AIA Vitality and Shared Value propositions.

There are two positions available.

To do this successfully you will:

• Develop and execute channel strategies, including Key Account Plans and KPIs, to drive growth, adoption, activation and engagement outcomes aligned to AIA Vitality and Shared Value objectives.

• Lead data analysis and performance monitoring across channels, translating insights into clear recommendations, opportunities and solutions that deliver sustainable Shared Value outcomes.

• Deliver flawless execution of Vitality and GMT strategies and campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners to achieve agreed commercial and engagement objectives.

• Expand and manage strategic partnerships across corporates, super funds and third parties, negotiating compelling commercial arrangements and building long term, mutually beneficial relationships.

• Act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders by ensuring effective communication, training, governance, conflict management and system accuracy across all Vitality propositions.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior client facing role such as Key Account Management, Business Development, or Relationship Management, with accountability for complex or high value relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capability, including confidence presenting to executive audiences and the ability to create clear, compelling PowerPoint materials and management dashboards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to bring cross functional teams together to deliver outcomes within complex or matrix environments
  • Highly developed problem solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills, with the ability to think on their feet and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team focused working style
