The role

This is an end-to-end HR generalist role driving implementation of all people practices, talent acquisition, employee policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, compliance and HR systems. 

Location: Bangalore (in-office only)

Roles and responsibilities

Work with the company leadership to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs and recruitment.

Coordinate Recruitment Activities:

  • Collaborate with various recruitment agencies and headhunters globally for timely closure of open roles.

  • Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Manage Recruitment Systems:

  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Execute the employee onboarding process globally, ensure the process is up to date and of high quality

  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed

  • Handle the onboarding and offboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating internal accesses.

  • Ensure newly joined employees are added to the company group health insurance.

  • Executing the off-boarding process which is seamless for the employee and in line with the compliance requirements of the company

People Operations Tasks:

  • Own and execute the payroll, full & final settlement, and any other payments, as applicable to employees globally

  • Handle various HR tasks such as preparing offer letters, appraisal letters etc

  • Create and manage Employee Records, including leaves being updated on HRMS

  • Manage payroll and other people operations

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR or related field

  • 3-4 years of HR experience at a fast-paced workplace

  • High result orientation, hands-on with high productivity & an eye for detail

  • Expertise in HR operations across payroll, employee relations, HR policies and compliance

  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize applicant tracking systems, HRMS tools, along with proficiency in communication tools like Slack.
