Position summary:

The Cybersecurity Intelligence position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the Stryker China’s digital infrastructure and sensitive information from evolving cyber threats. This position entails strategic oversight and operational management of cybersecurity intelligence activities, ensuring that the company stays ahead of potential cyber risks. The role involves synthesizing complex cyber threat data into actionable intelligence, guiding and supporting the Threat Hunter in identifying and analyzing potential threats. The role demands staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, ensuring the company’s defenses are robust and proactive in response to the dynamic nature of cyber threats. This position serves as a crucial link between the cybersecurity team and senior management, translating technical threats into business impacts and strategies. This role is instrumental in maintaining organizational resilience against cyber threats, thereby protecting the company's reputation, assets, and stakeholder interests.

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and implement targeted cybersecurity strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.

  • Collaborate with security peers on effective threat detection and response.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity across the organization.

Threat Intelligence and Analysis

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cybersecurity intelligence.

  • Maintain awareness of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and countermeasures.

  • Provide expertise in threat intelligence to support proactive cybersecurity measures.

Cybersecurity Operations Management

  • Direct and enhance the organization’s capabilities in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices within the team.

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare and deliver reports on cybersecurity status, threats, and intelligence findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Serve as a primary contact for cybersecurity intelligence matters within the organization.

Education & special trainings:

  • BS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent

  • One or more security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM or GIAC, etc., are preferred

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience is required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security

  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, specifically in intelligence and threat hunting

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

  • Experience working with third-party providers.

  • Strong Communicator with a proven track record of success when working with business units.

  • Experience driving change within an organization or workgroup.

  • Able to write and communicate in English
