As the Robotics and Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge robotics systems and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Technological Innovation: o Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, AI, machine learning, sensor technology, and materials science. o Develop and implement cutting-edge robotic and automation solutions to address industry-specific challenges. o Foster a culture of continuous innovation within the team. • Integration and Implementation: o Oversee the design, development, and integration of robotic systems into existing workflows. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to specific operational needs in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and other sectors. • Workforce Collaboration: o Promote and facilitate collaboration between robots and human workers. o Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees, enabling them to work effectively alongside automated systems. o Address and resolve any workforce-related challenges arising from automation. • Sustainability and Ethics: o Incorporate sustainability principles into the design and operation of robotic systems. o Address ethical considerations related to the deployment of robotics and automation, ensuring responsible use. o Evaluate and mitigate the environmental impact of robotic production and operations. • Regulation and Compliance: o Ensure all robotic systems comply with relevant safety standards and legal requirements. o Stay informed about the regulatory landscape and adapt strategies accordingly. • Research and Development: o Lead R&D initiatives to explore new applications and capabilities of robotics. o Push the boundaries of existing technologies to drive significant advancements in the field. o Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects. Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in robotics and automation engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a Architect or Leadership role • Design and Developing of Robotics solutions based on ROS platform, Hardware programming and integration Unit testing of Robotics Solutions. • Knowledge of cloud platform such as Azure or AWS • Working experience in Robotic Operating System (ROS), with recent experience that includes developing and coding robotics products, drivers or controllers in ROS • Proven Experience in designing and developing Navigation Algorithms for Autonomous robotics system. • Extensive experience in robotics and automation, with a proven track record of successful project implementation. • Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, sensor technology, and materials science. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the robotics industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills
