Job Summary
- This role is responsible for supporting the software development, business analysis and quality assurance activities in accordance with solution development methodology and supporting projects.
- The role supports in end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks assignment and completion; creates and maintains project artifacts, and ensures appropriate definition and execution of user acceptance test.
- The role supports reporting and analytical function necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs.
- Implement data integrations between Dynamics 365, other Microsoft products (e.g., Azure, Office 365), and third-party applications.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Deploy solutions across various environments and manage application lifecycle using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems.
- Optimize and enhance applications based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent and integrated solutions across platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and change logs.
- Ensure that all development work complies with company standards and best practices.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4+ years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
