Product Manager – Financial Services

Hybrid role: 2-3 days in office/rest remote
Position Summary
As a Product Manager for the Travel modules at Campana Systems, reporting to the Director of
Professional Services, you will be an integral part of the AXIS team, delivering high-level business
consulting services to our auto club clients. You will collaborate closely with auto club business units to
ensure the successful launch, implementation, and training of AXIS business software. In this role, you
will assess, recommend, and strategize the rollout of AXIS software solutions, tailoring them to meet the
specific needs of each auto club. Additionally, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including
planning, delivery, and marketing of our Travel solution. Key areas include but not limited to Booking and
Reservation Management, Customer Relationship Management, Payment Gateway Integration, Supplier
Management, Reporting and Analytics, Itinerary Management, Tour and Activity Management,
Compliance and Legal Features, and 3rd party accounting system integration.

Job Responsibilities:
• Client Assessments and Solutions: Conducting thorough assessments, analyses, and providing
accurate quotations in response to client inquiries, challenges, or specific business needs.
• Collaboration with Project/Product Managers: Working closely with AXIS Project/Product
Managers and clients to successfully implement new features and applications, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
• Support for Large Implementations: Assisting AXIS Project/Product Managers with the execution
of major implementations and specialized client projects, ensuring smooth delivery and client
satisfaction.
• Ownership of Financial Services Success: Taking responsibility for driving the success of our
Financial Services modules by executing product enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, and
supporting effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
• University degree, relevant college diploma or equivalent related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving project management, and time management skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications and project implementations.
• Proficiency in 3
rd party applications (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, TeamSupport).
• Experience with turning customer requirements into a system design or deliverable solution.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Project management methodologies.
• Auto club industry or a related service field.
• CTC – Certified Travel Counselor and/or CTIE – Certified Travel Industry Executive certification.
• Business intelligence/data warehousing/business analytics.
• Web Services.
• Accounting systems.
• Software quality assurance
