The Senior Manager Business Process Owner is accountable for all ERP program deliverables and work product for respective sub-process areas. You will be responsible for defining, designing and delivering SAP centric end-to-end solutions involving focus areas of Inventory and Field Inventory Accounting. Reports to the Director, Business Transformation, E2E Lead Finance but is responsible for cross-workstream coordination, partnering with IT and business resources to provide requirements and guidance to technical (IT) teams, driving effective solutions and delivering successful end results. You will be accountable to ensure high quality solution process and solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs. You will coordinate with project workstreams to engage divisional and functional SMEs to provide input and participate in project activities. Coordinates testing activities (i.e. Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing). Provides functional guidance to training developers, and to lead and directs Data Quality and Data Conversion for the “sub-process” area, including data mapping and validation activities. Identifies business use cases to be leveraged in test scenarios. Leads the strategy and design of global standard for end-to-end process.

What you will do
Effectively function as the ERP implementation Business Process Owner in the Inventory and Field Inventory accounting area, in all phases of the implementation (requirements, process mapping, design and deployment activities such as data readiness, testing, training and change management) to ensure that solution meets business requirements.
Drive adoption of to-be business processes to align with ERP capabilities (global processes and standards) and gain alignment with key stakeholders including Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.
Deliver process and technology transformations centered on SAP but including Inventory related applications that are part of the ecosystem, e.g. Data Analytics Tool (DAT), GIM, etc.
Demonstrate creative 'out of the box' thinking to solve difficult problems and champion new processes and technologies to achieve project goals. Drive process changes and efficiencies enabled by new technology.
Coordinate involvement of Stryker business subject matter experts (SMEs) in key project activities
Close collaboration with our Global Inventory COE during the deployment. Prepare the team for incremental scope and changes to live processes through clear communication, training and change management
Provide process expertise for shared service migrations, business integrations including mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activities.
Mentor and supervise a team. Guide and evaluate the performance of those individuals. Accountable for the effective performance of the team/individuals.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
10+ years professional experience
Preferred:
Master’s in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Professional certification CPA, CMA or equivalent
Experience with SAP implementations and technology consulting
Experience of executing process transformation initiatives or delivering enterprise systems
Experience in Inventory Accounting (Product Costing; Supply Chain flows; Reserves; Capitalized Inventory)
$126,500 - $279,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
