We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the IDEA team to design, develop, and execute  comprehensive, high-impact programs that support Snap’s DEI initiatives, with a strong focus on DEI recruitment strategies and metrics and reporting. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Snap to help design and implement effective DEI strategies that help us attract diverse candidates and build high performing, diverse teams, tracking outcomes and success metrics along the way.

  • Go deep into our diversity data and metrics, supporting our reporting requirements internally and externally with our Compliance, Legal, and People Team partners.

  • Work closely with our People Analytics Team, Recruiting Enablement team, and HR Business Partners to help design and execute effective updates for leadership that highlight progress, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate DEI training for new hires and team members across Snap, as well as training to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for inclusive hiring and unconscious bias, ensuring a consistent approach across all teams.

  • Experience implementing DEI programs

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Able to work independently

  • A clear and effective communicator and collaborator

  • Able to lead initiatives and programs across teams

  • A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience  

  • 4+ years experience building DEI-related people programs

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
