The Pt Relations Liaison job investigates and resolve patient/visitor issues/complaints through excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/A Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of three (3) years of customer service work experience Previous experience using a personal computer and various software application, including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, etc. Experience PREFERRED: Previous experience in managing customer complaints in a healthcare setting Education/training REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent Education/training PREFERRED: Associates Degree in Sociology, Psychology or related field Independent action(s) required: Analyze complaint and develop the most effective plan of action. Determine when an issue or complaint requires higher level intervention.
