Experience REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years of customer service work experience
Previous experience using a personal computer and various software application, including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, etc.
Experience PREFERRED:
Previous experience in managing customer complaints in a healthcare setting
Education/training REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Education/training PREFERRED:
Associates Degree in Sociology, Psychology or related field

Analyze complaint and develop the most effective plan of action.
Determine when an issue or complaint requires higher level intervention.
