About the role

Seasoned professional in Firmware & Embedded Software.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

• 需求分析与方案设计

- 深入与产品经理、硬件工程师等跨部门团队沟通，精准把握空调产品的功能需求，将其转化为软件设计规格说明书。

- 基于需求制定全面且可行的软件架构方案，确保软件系统具备良好的扩展性、稳定性和可维护性。

• 核心代码开发

- 负责编写空调控制的核心算法代码，如智能变频控制算法，实现空调的精准控温与节能运行。

- 开发内外机通信软件模块，保障内外机之间稳定、高效的数据传输与协同工作。

• 软件测试与质量保障

- 制定详细的软件测试策略和用例，涵盖功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试等多个维度。

- 运用自动化测试工具和手动测试相结合的方式，对软件进行全面测试，及时发现并修复潜在的软件缺陷，确保软件质量达到行业标准。

• 硬件协同与优化

- 全程参与硬件开发过程，从硬件选型阶段开始提供软件兼容性建议，确保硬件平台满足软件运行需求。

- 在产品集成阶段，针对软件与硬件接口出现的问题进行快速定位和解决，优化软硬件协同性能。

• 技术文档管理与知识传承

- 撰写详细、规范的技术文档，包括软件设计文档、操作手册、测试报告等，为项目的后续维护和升级提供坚实依据。

- 定期组织内部技术分享会，将自己的技术经验和行业最新动态传递给团队成员，提升团队整体技术水平。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

教育背景：计算机科学、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。

工作经验：3 - 5 年嵌入式软件开发经验，有空调或家电行业开发经验者优先。

专业技能

- 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础，能够独立完成复杂功能模块的代码编写。

- 熟悉至少一种嵌入式实时操作系统（如 RT-Thread、FreeRTOS 等）的原理与应用开发，能够进行系统移植和定制化开发。

- 了解常用的硬件接口（如 SPI、I2C、UART 等）及通信协议，能够实现软件与硬件之间的稳定通信。

能力素质

- 具备较强的问题解决能力，能够在复杂的技术问题中迅速定位关键因素并提出解决方案。

- 拥有良好的团队协作能力，能够与跨部门团队成员有效沟通、协同工作。

- 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新知识、新技术，适应行业的快速发展。
