U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Software Engineer – Service Automation (multiple openings) in Minneapolis, MN.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Senior Software Engineer – Service Automation (multiple openings) primarily works as Salesforce Engineering Lead for Service Automation – Transformers Team at Elavon. This role designs and develops system architecture for enterprise grade solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud to meet customer needs for the Service Organizations. Specific duties include: (1) develop and implement strategy for integration with enterprise systems using Streaming API’s including Platform Events and Push Topics; (2) deploy and manage code via Copado Integration tool for DevOps; (3) manage Ownbackup application for Elavon Unified Cloud to take backup for both data and meta data and restore process; (4) apply Salesforce compliance and release updates to get the benefits of the Salesforce provided releases while ensuring those releases do not interfere with the operational processes in place; (5) work with Agile methodology; (6) create Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web components and developing and managing complex workflows, validation rules and de-duplication rules; (7) perform CRUD (Create, Update and Delete) operations in Salesforce using Salesforce Data loader based on ad-hoc requests for data maintenance; (8) implement High Velocity Sales in salesforce ORG and created Sales Cadences for nurturing prospects; and (9) develop and deploying custom objects, page layouts, custom tabs Platform Events, Push Topics and components in Salesforce. This position works with the following tools and technologies: Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Jira, SOAP/REST API, Salesforce, Data Loader, Apex, VS Code, Copado and Oracle.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience working with Agile methodologies.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) creating Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web components and developing and managing complex workflows, validation rules and de-duplication rules; (2) performing CRUD (Create, Update and Delete) operations in Salesforce using Salesforce Data loader based on ad-hoc requests for data maintenance; (3) implementing High Velocity Sales in salesforce ORG and created Sales Cadences for nurturing prospects; (4) developing and deploying custom objects, page layouts, custom tabs Platform Events, Push Topics and components in Salesforce; and (5) working with the following tools and technologies: Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Jira, SOAP/REST API, Salesforce, Data Loader, Apex, VS Code, Copado and Oracle. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
This position is with Elavon, Inc., a U.S. Bank company.
