The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

A Field Labor Analyst role is responsible for alignment, analysis, and assessment of key inputs in support of staffing plans and decisions for the end-to-end building inclusive of replenishment and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will leverage staffing tools to analyze productivity, labor data, and volume trends to inform balanced and financially responsible staffing decisions for the building. You will collaborate with site leadership and headquarters (HQ) partners to design the building’s yearly labor management strategy and work with on-site Production Controllers and Sr Operations Managers to align departmental staffing inputs that support planning at the daily and weekly level while influencing long-term staffing outputs. You’ll participate in long-term staffing discussions with HQ partners as well as building executives, guiding key planning and staffing decisions to include hiring plans, seasonal strategies, in-building cross-training, and planned overtime, as well as helping to manage the impacts of those plans upon the total budget.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing tools, dashboards, and reports to analyze and drive operational performance
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of analytical and statistical techniques including model building and experimental design
  • Knowledge in business operational performance improvement, preferably in retail, finance, logistics or warehousing settings.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and strong relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience with statistical analysis preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
