JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Close follow up with all OpEx work streams and functions to drive the continuous improvement  across the operations and ensure milestones are delivered as per plan .

• • Responsible for visual updates of metrics through coordination with stakeholders.

  • Support in OSW implementation, RCA Approach, MOS ,FLL program launch, change management plans roll out etc.

  • Provide necessary support to  site OpEx Manager on site Monthly Business Review  process

  • Coordinate & monitor various metrics (premium plant & global MBR) and putting into the database.

  • Provide necessary support in driving  OpEx culture at site.

  • Networking with other Sites / Functions and benchmarking to exchange knowledge and good  practices

  • Drive various OpEx initiative like SHINGO , OpEx Maturity assessment , Continuous Improvement Days celebration and other programs
