About the Role:

As our TA Business Partner in an HR Specialist role, you will lead our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding efforts across Euronext legal entities in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will work closely with our HR teams across Euronext locations in a matrix structure, reporting directly to the HR Director for Norway and Nord Pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Implement: Deliver cutting-edge processes and policies for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to enhance the experience for employees, managers, and candidates.
  • Support and Collaborate: Provide expert support to local HR teams, proposing pragmatic HR solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all local HR policies align with relevant legislation and are effectively implemented.
  • Network and Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency, and lead or participate in national and international projects.

Your Profile:

  • Experienced Professional: Over 7 years of HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition in a generalist or specialist role, ideally in an international or fast-paced setting.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences from attraction to onboarding.
  • Organized and Proactive: Strong organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Communicator and Influencer: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing across teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficient in Excel and reporting.
  • Detail-Oriented Analyst: Strong analytical skills, particularly with workforce and compensation data.
  • Cultural Navigator: Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and multicultural environment.
