Purpose of Position

Based in Pantheon’s Singapore office, the Investment Intern will support the Investment Team by providing transaction support in deal execution (across primary, secondary and co-investments), asset management, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives for the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Investment Team for both the analysis and execution of due diligence on primaries, secondaries and co-investments
  • Provide support to the Investment Team in preparing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee on deal findings and other analyses
  • Monitor and assist in the monitoring and management of existing portfolio companies and investments
  • Conduct market and sector research for use in pitchbooks, client materials or external publications
  • Support client and fundraising requests
  • Take responsibility for ad-hoc projects and non-deal related initiatives to promote growth of the team and wider business

Knowledge and Experience Required  

  • Knowledge of the asset management and private markets industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Financial / investment / cash flow modelling skills
  • Provide a high degree of accuracy in work completed and be highly numerate
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and handle a high amount of responsibility early on
  • Ability to work well in a team and ability to engage senior professionals and global teams across the firm
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and efficiently and work to tight deadlines/under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Relevant prior experience in either private market fund investing, direct private equity investing or a more general corporate finance or investment banking role

Professional and/or Qualifications required

  • Top performing students in their penultimate or final year at a leading institution, ideally related to Finance, Business Management, Economics or Accounting (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • We are looking for a candidate to join the team in H1 2025 for 3-6 months (flexible starting date).
