We’re looking for Business Process Senior Associates to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests and transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle ownership changes requests such as address change, beneficiary change, and name change

  • Responsible for processing collateral assignment and collateral release

  • Respond to general titles inquiries

  • Process transfers of ownership and deceased owner requests

  • Work on case corrections resulting from errors of previously processed titles changes

  • Apply premium payments and deposits to policies

  • Facilitate changes in payment mode, banking details, and pre-authorized checking

  • Process wires, write-offs, refund, suspense clearing, premium offset and chargeback

  • In charge of responding to general billing and PAC inquiries

  • Conduct billing research and histories • Process disbursements transactions such as surrender, withdrawal, loans, maturities, and stale dates

  • In charge of attending to general disbursements inquiries and provisioning of disbursements quotes and outputs

  • Handle document review of non-conversion policy change requests

  • Process basic policy change requests such as age correction, addition of child protection rider, simple dividend option changes, smoker to non-smoker change for juvenile policies, renewals, decrease and deletion of coverage, cost of insurance change, simple quotes, date of birth change (without change in age), and reinstatement that does not require underwriting

  • Handle medium-complexity policy change requests such as reinstatement requiring underwriting, policy change inquiries, rider addition, addition or increase of coverage, smoker and health style changes for non-juvenile policies, rating reconsiderations, age correction, and dividend option change

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with web browsers and common business applications

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy

  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise written communication

  • SHS and College Undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed): At least 1 year of relevant back-office experience required (e.g., data entry, document processing, administrative support)

  • Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
