We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our Product Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go to market approach for strategic payment solutions.

• Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through product launch and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer focused solutions.

• Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.

• Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, evaluating new opportunities, and ensuring products deliver long term commercial success.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in Product Management, preferably within Payments, Financial Services, Software, or a technology driven environment.

• Proven experience managing complex product lifecycles, product roadmaps, and cross functional product initiatives.

• Strong analytical and commercial skills with experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

• Experience working with cross functional and international teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English.

It’s a bonus if you have

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

• Experience working in software development, business analysis, or Agile product delivery environments.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies and technology driven product management.
