What We Do

eDiscovery Analyst

 

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Collect and preserve data, as necessary, in compliance with Company processes and procedures.
  • Conduct searches of electronically-stored data and prepare results for review by internal and/or outside legal counsel.
  • Assist the Legal and Information Security Insider Risk Departments with building search and collection criteria.
  • Assist with issuing and tracking legal hold notices.
  • Periodic review of E-Discovery team operational policies and procedures to maintain litigation readiness.
  • Assist with supporting the Legal Department in the use of legal hold and document review tools.
  • Train and support Legal Department in the U.S. and India in the use of legal hold and document review tools.
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of E-Discovery and data forensics concepts and practices.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including Desktop, Server, and Networking systems.
  • Good understanding of messaging technologies, including corporate mail systems and email archives.
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and processes.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and management, including tailoring of technical communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality, ability to analyze information and communicate processes, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task and prioritize time critical work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Salary Range: $72,125.00-$96,125.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
