As a Software Developer you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing technology solutions that meet complex business and client needs. Your work will span new and existing applications, systems architecture, integration services, and overall application infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and maintains software solutions following work instructions and manager guidance. 

  • Develops, tests, and debugs system components, tools, and utilities under direct supervision. 

  • Provides technical support and contributes to defined project tasks with close guidance. 

  • Build logic for new applications or updates existing ones, learning from senior colleagues as complexity grows. 

  • Modifies internal software to add features, improve performance, ensure compatibility, and support basic system improvements. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience. 

  • Knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., C/C++, C#, .NET, Java, Perl) and at least one operating system (Windows or Linux/Unix). 

 

This position will be located in Wroclaw and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.

The annual base pay range for this role is 86 000PLN - 168 000PLN. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location.
