Our Military Bridge program, in partnership with Hiring for Heroes, offers a tailored 12-week curriculum to equip those transitioning out of active duty with the skills and support needed for successful transition their careers.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Transformation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish project timelines, including milestones and deadlines for every deliverable
  • Adjust timelines as needed to reflect project changes
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and the internal team
  • Delegate tasks to team members as needed
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables
  • Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.

Experience and skills needed:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
