The Content Experience department is a WBD Content division that unites content strategy and promotion, tooling, planning, data, and ingenuity to innovate our connection to our WBD audiences. A branch of this department is the Content Experience Operations team which seeks to advance our Merchandising, Content Planning & In-Stream Promotion team practices by improving workflows, collaborating with stakeholders for enhanced technology and tooling, and advising on strategies to best surface our content priorities. The Specialist will manage the daily support operations for ANZ region. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring a trusted advisor who cultivates effective working relationships across various WBD stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 

  • Supports daily support operations for ANZ region, including but not limited to: 

  • Aligning with Product strategies to develop key features 

  • Closely working with Merchandising leads to support updated tooling 

  • Forecasting any risks and developing contingency plans 

  • Training Merchandising teams on new features and product launches 

  • Oversees Content Experience Operations team documentation to share with stakeholders and leadership. 

  • Works with Content Experience, Product, and Supply System team leads to identify new opportunities for efficiencies and improvement. 

  • Identifies as a subject matter expert on Merchandising tooling and provides advice and recommendations as needed. 

  • Interfaces with partners to communicate team strategies, plans, and results. 

  • Works with the Content Experience Analytics team to determine how our tooling can best serve their findings. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Professional experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communications. 

  • Proficiency in digital editorial & content operations, workflows, and live event creation tools. 

  • Previous experience in launching new products in collaboration with multiple team stakeholders which can include creative solutioning in a demanding environment. 

  • Pursues efficiency of operations and workflows with attention to detail, prioritization, and thorough organizational skills. 

  • Strong work ethic combined with a cooperative and collaborative team- oriented attitude. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive relationships at all organizational levels. 

  • Passionate about all things content and the streaming customer experience. 

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organizational environment. 

  • Must be able and willing to travel worldwide to meet with various teams and stakeholders. 

  • Microsoft Office 365 power-user. Familiarity with Confluence, Airtable and Monday preferred. Experience using CMS tools with the ability to gain deep knowledge of their functionalities.
