Position Summary
This position aims to ensure the delivery of quality test data and IT products by developing and leading adherence to test data and testing strategies within the PBM organization. Key responsibilities include acquiring and disseminating test data strategies and information, providing status updates, and offering test data advisement to internal partners. The role involves establishing and ensuring adherence to quality assurance testing directions, standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
The ideal candidate should be able to provision appropriate data for key applications, track data requests in systems of records like SharePoint for various applications, prepare reports and metrics of efforts as needed, and guide TDD customers on processes and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The successful candidate will represent Enterprise Quality Services Test Data Delivery in discussions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure appropriate test data needs are met. They will assist Test Data Services leaders in gathering data for QA metrics and requirements on improvements, participate in requirement and design phases to understand business and IT needs, and ensure compliance with policy standards. The QA TDD Data Engineer will also perform planning, execution, analysis, and coordination of test data processes, serving as a Subject Matter Expert to improve current procedures and provide guidance to team members and business units.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,100.00 - $144,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
