Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Flagship Health. This role is crucial in driving our growth strategy, increasing our patient base, and enhancing our market presence. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing our customer acquisition channels, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development:  Design, implement, and optimize growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Patient Acquisition: Lead initiatives to acquire new patients through paid and organic channels, focusing on improving conversion rates and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC). Proficiency in Google Ads and paid social media is required to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.

  • Retention and Engagement:  Develop and execute strategies to increase patient retention and lifetime value (LTV) through personalized marketing and engagement campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing spend.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with outreach team to align growth strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

  • Content and Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand values.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests across marketing channels to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

  • Budget Management:  Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and establish Flagship Health as a leader in healthcare for seniors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in Google Ads and HubSpot is required.

- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Salary Range:

Base Salary: $70,553 --85,000
