Job Purpose:

General Medicine Marketing (GMM) is responsible for multiple products which account for almost half of GSKJ sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading XF team and managing multiple products and alliance projects as Brand/Alliance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strong initiatives in strategic discussions for responsible products.
  • Lead strategic alliance discussions and negotiations to build/sustain mutually beneficial partnership with 3rd parties (Including new alliance opportunities).
  • Regularly track and analyze the monthly performance, primary and secondary as well as to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor budget spending and identify the gaps based on team input
  • Work closely with global stakeholders based on the projects

  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills to identify the core of business.
  • Leadership and project management skills needed for leading projects under complicated business situation.
  • Effective communication skills (internal and external)
  • High governance mind-set and understanding.

経験 Experience

  • Must at least 3 years marketing experiences and/or 5years customer facing role experiences.

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • Bachelor degree (Business/ Medicine related/ Related discipline)
  • Japanese: Native level / English: Business level (written and spoken)

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

スキル Skill

  • Knowledge and capabilities in finance acumen including forecasting.
  • Knowledge of long listed brand political scheme(G1/G2, Copay rules etc)

経験 Experience

  • Alliance management experience (BD experience) preferred.
  • Work in the pharmaceutical company for more than 5years

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • MBA or other advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred.
