Role Overview

We are recruiting a candidate to join a cross functional global team within the Markets Operations COO organization.  The Program Execution and Portfolio Management team has been formed to support stakeholders both within Operations and across the bank, to design and deliver this multi-year transformation roadmap. Our transformation is underpinned by strategy, investment, change execution and a market-leading change delivery team focusing on program and project management, business analysis, process re-engineering, low code application development and PMO.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement fully auditable program governance and reporting to measure project performance against targets and deadlines.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are documented in line with business objectives
  • Develop, assess, and recommend options to solve for day-to-day business problems.
  • Implement and maintain RAID logs and manage resolution and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, report and manage budgets and expenditure.
  • Effectively manage resources allocated to the program.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Internal Audit, Quality Assurance and other teams to support the success validation of outcomes against Regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory change governance through tracking and validating closure of change activities across the Organization.

What we'll need from you:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills..
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships both internally and externally to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, with the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals brokering solutions that are in the best interest of Citi as a whole.
