What you’ll do:
Lead on Klook Hong Kong digital marketing and communications with paid/owned/earned perspectives
Manage internal team and external partners e.g. agency, social media platform etc.. Own and manage budget and resources
Responsible for the overall planning, execution, review and improvement of content and social media marketing efforts for Klook Hong Kong;
In charge of the content calendar and creation on social media and the blog;
Manage the Klook HK Blog - SEO and Blog Sessions;
Analyze and own Klook platform search and social traffic metrics and reporting for marketing initiatives
Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape and proactively share learnings and best practices with the wider team;
Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives to increase sessions and revenue;
Lead and grow Klook Kreator program (Klook content creator community), maintain relationship with key KOLs (Instagram / Youtube/ Facebook) and brands to increase media touch points and brand impact;
Co-work with central team or other markets on driving synergy, new initiatives and exploring new tools/technology, from planning, execution and evaluation (ie. Xiao Hong Shu, Tiktok, Youtube, Klook Live, content production with A.I. etc);
What you’ll need:
9+ years (more experienced candidate will be considered as senior manager) of solid experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, influencer marketing, search or related fields
Experience in managing an internal team, creative/media/production agency and freelancers
Experience in producing branded content (Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.)
Experience in travel industry or passionate in travel with sound knowledge
Manage to work in fast and dynamic pacing
Creative and growth mindset with business rationale. Consumer-centric and data-driven.
Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics and understanding of web publishing requirements; sound knowledge of search ecosystem
Expertise in social media platforms (Paid/Owned/Earned) and influencer marketing
Familiarity with Performance marketing and affiliate marketing is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and Content management Softwares or tracking tools like Contentful, WordPress, AccuRanker, SEMRush, Ahef etc
