About the Role:

Remitly is looking for a seasoned growth marketer to lead paid media for new products. You will define and lead the growth paid media strategy, own campaigns end-to-end, and ensure programs are delivering in line with KPIs and business objectives. You will ensure all media efforts are aligned with our other marketing activity, product development and customer journeys, and have a clear plan for future growth. You will work with diverse teams including product, business management, product marketing, analytics, and creative, ensuring a seamless and aligned approach to drive growth. This is a high visibility role, and there will be growth opportunities to shape future strategies and expand your role within the organization.

We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience managing paid media, with a focus on Meta and Google Search. You will have proven experience owning and growing paid media programs in a previous role from the ground up - including strategy, execution, platform event set up, budget setting and stakeholder management. You will also ideally have experience with complex brands who operate across multiple products, countries and languages. You will be based in Arlington, Virginia in a hybrid-role (#LI-Hybrid), reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for the Americas. This is an individual contributor role.

You Will:

  • Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns. Including media plan creation, campaign set up, daily checks, weekly reporting and optimizations, and share performance updates with leadership.
  • Evolve channel strategies and tactics as we learn more about our customers and product evolves.
  • Be responsible for budget management and tracking, and customer growth targets.
  • Manage test roadmaps in collaboration with product marketing and analytics, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Own creative requests and feedback, and take a data-driven approach to evolve our creative in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Present strategies, channel and test plans to leadership. Educate and sell partners on the "why" and "how" for all plans.
  • Work with product on event set up and troubleshooting technical reporting and platform issues.
  • Work with product marketing on product updates to improve customer journeys for acquisition.
  • Work with the Remittance growth team on multi-product or cross-selling strategies and tests.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong track record in implementing full-funnel in programs
  • Expert in media buying on platforms like Google and Meta. Can easily articulate and execute best practices, and find creative solutions to work within platform limitations.
  • Proven experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns and testing roadmaps.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with event set up and management, UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution, and 1st party data strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing performance reporting. You can tell a story with data.
  • Proven track record working with and managing senior management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Have good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience launching new products in the credit or lending verticals is preferred
  • Experience in startups or growth companies is preferred.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $120,000-$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
